At ROI Consulting, we give you the best service and truly want to help you succeed. Our passion for business comes from our owner, David Lallier, who has extensive experience in business. He graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Business Administration in marketing and a Masters of Business Administration in finance and accounting.


The Headquarters Companies (HQ)

When David joined the Headquarters Companies, it was a small startup, but with him it grew to a national executive suite company with more than $1.5 million in annual revenues. While there, David opened and managed three executive suite locations with 30 people on staff, including three operations managers and six salespeople. He also leased office space to more than 150 clients.


David also leased office space to more than 150 clients and conducted internal and external sales training. He formulated marketing and sales plans and budgets for all of his locations and created a fun, stimulating work environment to increase employee retention.


Jani-King Corporation™

As a regional manager in San Antonio, Texas, David helped take Jani-King Corporation from a struggling commercial cleaning company to an international janitorial franchise business with more than 50 branches and annual revenues of $1.2 million. He led the company from a negative $10,000 monthly cash flow to a positive $30,000 and sold 15 new local franchises in 18 months.


David also designed a finance system to get payment to franchises faster, managed a staff of 10 while working with the franchises, conducted performance evaluations, and implemented solutions. He defined employee expectations, improved feedback systems, formulated business marketing plans and sales forecasts, and improved communication with monthly franchise meetings.


Rapid Learning Programs

As president of this coaching firm in Austin, Texas, David trained more than 100,000 people in eight countries in North America, Europe, and Australia. He developed and presented strategic sales training to help corporations like Microsoft™, Disney™, and Meeting Planners International™ meet their goals. He took Rapid Learning Programs from a small startup to more than $100,000 in annual sales.


David also created annual and quarterly business marketing plans, honed his public speaking skills, and ensured strong client relationships through regular visits. His engaging training sessions proved that retention is higher when learning is fun. He designed and presented customized programs on a variety of topics, including strategic thinking, sales and customer service, and managing a multigenerational workforce.


Global Resources

Over the years, David has developed successful processes for business around the country, by increasing sales, reducing expenses, and increasing bottom lines. He’s guided more than 15 companies from negative cash flow to profitability using his skills with sales and marketing, operations, and financial management.


David has also coached business owners, teaching a new approach to business. He’s built business plans for many companies to help them achieve their goals.
